Construction Information

Welcome!
The Architectural upgrades of the interior public areas in buildings 130 & 150 will begin Monday, July 13.

The Project Manager is John Million, and the full time Superintendent is David Hurder. All contractors and vendors that are working on this project under Corderman & Company's supervision, will be required to wear a badge with a date stamp everyday.

For the duration of this project we will use this web site to distribute general construction information along with a a weekly schedule.

This Weeks Schedule

Week of October 26:

NOTE: Please Take Extra Care when Entering & Exiting Buildings at the Rear Doors as Carpet, Tile & Mats will be installed Next Week.

Building 150:
Painters will be continuing Touchups Throughout.
Flooring Contractor will be installing Walkoff Mats at Front & Rear Entrances.
Carpet will be installed in rear stairwell.
Carpet will be installed in Front Stairwell.
Carpenters will be installing balance of Unit Door Hardware.
Wallcovering will be installed on Appleton Street wall in all Elevator Lobbies.


Building 130:
