Both the operations manager and janitorial supervisor are in close contact with the property manager and building engineer. The operation manager forward reports on a regular basis to the property manager after each inspection. The janitorial supervisor provides a daily accounting in the logbook and advises the building engineer and property manager of any irregularities noticed in the process of cleaning the facility.
