QUALITY CONTROL
CUSTOMER

It is imperative that management has a means of evaluating the facilities and the production of its maintenance personnel. The most effective means are visual inspections performed on an orderly and on-going basis by an operations manager. He is a competent, highly trained individual who works closely with the janitorial supervisor and enjoys the respect of his custodial employees. Click HERE to see a sample of the inspection form used by the operation manager.

At C. J. Maintenance, Inc. the janitorial supervisor plays a critical role in each and every facility. On a day-to-day basis he ensures the quality level and productivity of his maintenance personnel.  He provides them with the proper tools and equipment and organizes the daily tasks in such a way that is consistent. High quality results are the natural outcome of the team's activities. No employee leaves the facility until the supervisor has made his rounds and evaluated the task performance. Both the operations manager and janitorial supervisor are in close contact with the property manager and building engineer. The operation manager forward reports on a regular basis to the property manager after each inspection. The janitorial supervisor provides a daily accounting in the logbook and advises the building engineer and property manager of any irregularities noticed in the process of cleaning the facility.

Another important aspect of quality control is the training and supervision of our maintenance personnel. Our methods are thoroughly discussed on the ensuing pages.
