Opened in May 2006, Catch of the Day has quickly become a local favorite. "The Catch" was developed using similar principles embodied in our sister restaurant, Van Rensselaer's. Husband and wife founders Peter and Diane Hall have developed an effective formula for success over the past 20 years that is based upon hard work and attention to detail.
