Business Processes Redefined, LLC, is a receivables management firm for companies wishing to outsource some or all of their debt-collection activities. Founded in 2007 by President Lauren A. Irwin-Szostak , a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the debt collection industry, BPR works with companies of many sizes in a diverse range of industries, offering maximum value to organizations with past-due receivables in excess of $500,000 per month.

Eric L. Hunn joined Business Processes Redefined, LLC (BPR) as its Chief Operating Officer in 2008. A 19-year veteran of the collections industry, Mr. Hunn is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations including sales, marketing, and collection strategy.  He handles the identification, due diligence, and integration of collection agencies into the BPR National Agency Recovery Network. Mr. Hunn also works directly with clients and investors in the distressed receivables market to develop and deliver tailored recovery solutions that maximize returns. In addition, he oversees the analysis of client portfolios, including liquidation curve and recovery forecasting and the segmentation and allocation of accounts among multiple collection agencies within BPR’s network.
