Lauren A. Irwin-Szostak, President Back to About Us
BPR founder and President Lauren A. Irwin-Szostak has more than 20 years of experience in the collections industry.
Prior to launching BPR, Ms. Irwin-Szostak founded Strategic Advantage Associates Inc., a holding company in the receivables management industry, and NCB Inc., a full-service collection agency. In 1995, SAA acquired U.S. Financial Recoveries Inc., and subsequently merged NCB into USFR. Ms. Irwin-Szostak also served as an independent contractor to MRS Associates Inc., a large collection agency headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, that relied upon USFR to support a portion of its collection needs.
Before forming her own companies, Ms. Irwin-Szostak served as the central legal manager for Capital Credit Corporation, a $100 million subsidiary of The Union Corporation, where she managed the collection litigation efforts for all branch offices nationwide. She also has served as a senior collection consultant for Integrated Health Services, Inc. in Hunt Valley, Maryland; a collection supervisor for The May Company in New York City, and a collector with the Professional Adjustment Bureau and Law Offices of David A. Faloni, Esq., in Wayne, New Jersey.
