Meet the BTR Team:
 Robert A. Listerman, CPA
Bob has served many companies process improvement and technology needs for over 25 years. He started his professional accounting career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. While at Deloitte & Touche he was chosen to work in the new division known as Private Company Advisory Services. During the mid 80s he implemented financial and tax preparation software for CPA firms. Bob has several years experience as an account manager for value added resellers (VARs). Prior to founding BTR, Bob was a manager for BDO Seidman, LLPs technology division known as Select Business Software Solutions. Bobs experience as a CPA, a process improvement consultant, an account manager and a representative of VARs places him in a unique position of understanding all sides of a consulting or technology based process improvement transaction.
 Paul R. Gerdes
Paul is a catalyst for performance improvement through positive change. He is committed to providing practical and economic solutions for business challenges that bring outstanding results. Paul has twenty-five years of experience across the USA and Europe as a leadership confidant and strategist working with executives to develop and implement personal and enterprise-wide solutions. He has worked with executives from GM, Ford, IBM, Sears, Goodyear, Florida Steel, McDonalds, GTE and dozens of other privately held organizations. He has the ability to help leaders maintain the global perspective while providing uncommon commonsense analysis. Pauls client responsive, results-oriented services are built on the thinking of management gurus: Lewis Allen, Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, Peter Drucker, and Eli Goldratt. His clients achieve optimal results from solutions targeted at key processes. He helps executives sharpen their leadership skills and create business strategies that develop and execute system optimization approaches, dramatically improving overall performance. Paul rolls up his sleeves and provides the thorough analysis, excellent training, and outstanding project leadership necessary to deliver remarkable bottom line improvements.

D. Anthony Yocum II
Tony is an entrepreneurial executive with achievements in strategic business planning, sales and business development, strategic marketing, and channel management within the Information Technology and Manufacturing industries. He has demonstrated the ability to launch a new IT business unit and manage its profitable success. He is skilled in building client relationships, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
Tonys career started in General Motors as an Industrial Engineer. He was soon promoted from the Saginaw Division to the GM Manufacturing Staff as a Senior Project Engineer. Tony was responsible for manufacturing consulting assignments at various GM plants. After about fifteen years in GM, Tony gained sales and marketing experience at GE Information Services Company and later with ADP Automotive Services Group. In addition, Tony has several years experience as an account manager for value added resellers (VARs). He also created and managed a reseller program for an ERP software company to market their package nationwide.
