Executive Effectiveness Forums
The purpose of the BTR Executive Effective Forums is to inspire executives to remain successfully committed to their continuing journey of personal and corporate effectiveness. The Forums are built on the premise that effective executives become even more successful through interaction with other effective executives.
The BTR Forums provide at least five advantages for the executives that participate:
1. Networking opportunities with other executives,
2. Input from executive peers on business issues,
3. Presentations from expert practitioners on leadership, process improvement, and business technology including discussions with other executives,
4. Proven materials and books for executive libraries,
5. Relationships established for additional executive coaching.
Leadership Coaching
The BTR Leadership Coaching Program is designed to on focus individual leaders and to lead them through a personalized discovery and development process. The BTR mentor can work behind the scenes or alongside, as appropriate, with executives, managers, and team leaders who would benefit from the leadership coaching.
There are three aspects to the discovery and development process. Together the leader and mentor use BTR’s leadership coaching tools to address: personality and personal development issues; leadership style, communication, and team leadership issues; and management skills assessment and enhancement.
Equipping Leaders With BTR’s Process Improvement Tools
Successful leaders need to create or acquire process improvement tools to sustain continually profitable change in their organizations. The Equipping Leaders Program delivers process improvement tools that enables leaders to dramatically improve performance of their business processes: marketing, sales, production, project management, and distribution. These tools are BTR’s adaptation of Constraints Management, Lean, Six Sigma and TRIZ principles and programs.
In the typical engagement the BTR facilitator trains the leadership team in the selected process improvement tools and then works alongside the leadership team in their initial application of the tools to their business processes. Successful use of the tools brings dramatic improvement to the leadership team’s performance and to the profitability of the company.
