Q:  I've lost an earring. Can I order just one?
A:  Yes. We can replace it at one-half the price of a complete pair of earrings. Because each pair is handmade, there are slight variations that prohibit us from sending you a single earring. We request that you send your earring back to us in a small jewelry box in a padded mailer (do not insure) along with your phone number so we can call you with any questions we might have. Please include one-half of the price for a complete pair of your earrings and add $3.50 shipping. If you live in Florida, please add 7% sales tax. Either enclose a check with the order or we will call for credit card information. If we have the item in stock, it can usually be shipped the next day. If not, the wait can be 2-3 weeks.

Q: What do you use to make your jewelry?
A: Our jewelry is made with 14KT gold-filled, 14KT gold and/or tarnish free sterling silver. The beads we use are semi-precious stones and we offer a wide variety of stones.

Q:  What stones do you offer?
A: We offer 14KT gold-filled metal beads, 14KT gold beads, sterlling silver beads, round pearls, freshwater pearls, lapis, amethyst, black onyx, hematite, malachite, turquoise chip, garnet, black pearls and pink pearls.

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: If we have the items in stock your order can usually ship in a day or two. If we are out of stock, the wait can be as long as 3 weeks. We will get your order to you as soon as possible but our jewelry is hand-made and we are busy each weekend at art shows.

Q:  I want to order an item but it is not offered in the metal I want. How can I order it?
A: Unfortunately we did have to set some boundaries in what we offer. If you don't see it in our catalog, then it is not available.
