Ski Tuning is one of the services we offer our customers to give them longer life and higher performance from their skis.This translates into more fun, satisfaction and, importantly,time on snow. 

Stone Grinding:

Stone grinding flattens ski bases and opens new pores for better glide and wax retention.  Our professional staff and state of the art Wintersteiger equipment make this possible.  You can get additional seasons of great performance out of skis with dry or scuffed bases or choose a specific grind for cold, normal or warm conditions.

TOKO Hot Box:

Hot boxing and hot waxing ensure top performance and wax durability on snow.  Research shows that one box treatment equals six to eight manual waxings.  You could accomplish the latter yourself with the right equipment and time-intensive hands on ski care as some skiers do, but if you are like most skiers you'd rather spend your free time skiing than waxing. 

Wax Layer:

Our other waxing services also help maximise your time on snow. For instance, after hot boxing applying a hard wax layer seals the soaked in wax adding many hours of durability to your skis.  We can also apply the particular glide wax for the day or projected race conditions and add kick waxes or tapes for classic skis.
