Here at the Bicycle Doctor our focus more than ever is exceptional customer service. We’re accomplishing this through the development of our sales, service, and technical team. I feel at this time we have the best group of employees in the history of the Bicycle Doctor, and quite possibly the best staff assembled anywhere. I would like you to meet some of our new and veteran employees.
Bicycle Doctor Mission Statement:
Our goal is to promote a lifestyle that includes bicycling, skiing, kayaking, along with promoting general fitness. We accomplish this by allowing our store to be a meeting point for a number of group rides, as well as a destination for all. Cyclist from the casual riding family on the trail to elite road racers can be seen rubbing elbows at the coffee bar; all sharing a common interest. Like our logo says “Bicycle Doctor it’s a lifestyle.”
