Bicycle Doctor Off Season Power and Endurance Training Class The Doc has put together a training class to help you reach peak performance next season. Important Dates: November 9th – 24th: Testing call the Doc (262-965-4144) to set up an appointment to determine watts and heart rate zones for use in classes and your own training. November 30th – January 31st: 8 week class session begins February 1st – 7th: Retest watts and heart rate and discover your increased fitness! February 8th – 14th: 6 week class session begins March 15th – 21st: Retest watts and heart rate for race season!
