Walking Programs
Walk Together:
Walking is the most popular sport in the country. Individuals can reach prescribed aerobic intensity without risk to orthopedic concerns.

Almost everyone can do it! Your employees can get fit, build team spirit and boost morale when they meet twice a week for our lunch hour walk.

You can add special features to this program, such as personal exercise, nutrition and body fat analysis—but the basic walking team program yields a positive return while decreasing absenteeism, health care costs and turnover.

We recommend a minimum of 10 participants.

Exercise Together:
There’s something about hour-long exercise class that builds camaraderie — and a contagious commitment to fitness.

We will work with a group of up to 30 employees at your facilities, 1-5 times per week.


Workouts include:

High and Low Impact Aerobics, Slide, Step, Chair Aerobics, Boxing & Circuit Training, Calisthenics & Target Training.

Fitness Class
Lose Weight Together:
The positive power of a peer group is put to use in our weight loss program. Here’s what we do:
  • Meet with a group of 8-12 employees at your facility, one time per week for approximately 6 weeks during their lunch hour.
  • Develop personal nutrition programs.
  • Measure individual body fat.
  • Conduct interactive activities and listen to guest speakers.
  • Support each other in the quest to lose weight.
Chair Massage
Executive Chair Massage:
Do you have a crick in your neck right now? Do you wish you could turn around and see a certified massage therapist heading your way?

This is the program for you.

Our massage therapists come to your company and, in the course of 15-20 minutes, ease the stress on necks and upper backs—and help you get refocused and more centered.

This can happen right at your desk, or in a centralized location—like a conference room.  We can accommodate any number of employees in the course of each visit.

Eat Right
Breakfast Club & Power Lunch:
Get the day started or spend a lunch hour gaining new insights and getting inspired.

Our seminars, conducted by Richard Barrack, empower employees to reach their fitness goals.
