Shipping

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of order placed. We take great care with every order no matter how big or small.

Average shipping for orders is  3 - 5 days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. We also ship internationally.

Gift wrap is available at No Cost. We are happy to include a gift card, please use the comments section for the card greeting.

Exchanges

All returns for exchange or refund are gladly accepted within 30 days of ship date. Shipping costs will be refunded for all items returned that are damaged or due to a Baby Bug store error. Items must not have been worn and tags must be attached to receive an exchange or refund. All exchanges must have an RA# on the outside of the box. Please call us at 717-763-1780 or email us at customerservice@babybugandme.com for an RA#.
