Why a strong spiritual foundation is an important tool to deal with the challenges of life?
One thing I have learned from this tragedy is that good decisions are made when head, heart, and soul align. This concept is very important to learn. What happens is that from the head (where the intellect resides) comes thought, from the heart comes feeling, and from the soul comes inspiration. If you take your decisions and work not only with your heart or head, but give them to your soul you will have inspiration. You will wake up one day and say "my soul is calling for me to do this." Just like I've been called to do the work I'm doing. The call from my soul. This my friends, is where truth lies, truth so powerful it can bring us to real resolutions, resolutions that end the cycle of fear and destruction. I have a very strong connection with my soul. During the time I meditate I am always in contact with God or my Higher Power or Inner Power or Inner Strength. Take the TKF story and put it to the test: does it make sense, does it feel good, is it inspiring? It speaks to your intellect, it speaks to your heart, and it speaks to your soul. It's a win for me, it's a win for Tariq, it's a win for Ples, it's a win for Tony, and it's a win for society.
