 Mark Forsthye
Above the Knee Amputee Date of Birth: 3/20/81 Current Home: Columbus, Ohio Sport: Lacrosse Mark sustained injuries in a boating accident at the age of 13 to his left leg that lead to amputation above the knee. Following intensive rehabilitation, sports training and learning how to run again Mark began playing lacrosse. Mark played lacrosse at Dublin Coffman High School earning 2 letters and at Butler College, earning three letters, as a back up goalie. Mark continues to play Lacrosse in an adult league and runs occasional road races.
