Why have a home inspected?
For peace of mind through the assurance that major physical problems are known before you buy.
To maximize your knowledge of your prospective home's characteristics and physical condition.
Learn of any undisclosed problems.
Minimize costly surprises.
- Provide unbiased answers to your questions.
What happens during our inspection?
We begin with a preliminary discussion to establish your particular needs and any concerns you have.
Next we encourage you to accompany your home inspector so that he can point out what you should know about the major components of the home. During this tour, you receive valuable tips about maintenance and repair as well as answers to any questions that may occur to you.
Following the physical inspection, the full 13 page laser printed report is prepared on the spot and explained to your satisfaction. Your questions are answered, and any remaining issues are clarified.
