With 27 years of experience, Cindy opened Arona Hair Design’s doors in May of 2004 after always aspiring to have salon of her own. She gets great pleasure out of getting to use her creativity to help her clients feel and look their very best. In the past she has been an educator for an International Color Line and her work has been published in Coiffure Q Magazine. She feels Keeping up with education regularly is the best way to keep your style and technique, updated and fresh throughout the years. She states, “I have the utmost confidence in every one of my stylists and feels each one of them brings a unique talent to our Arona family!”
Cheryl Sullivan, Stylist
Cheryl became a hairdresser 25 years ago in the early 80's when no one stepped out of a salon without a perm. Luckily, things have changed since then! Cheryl enjoys the time she spends with her clients and having the ability to create a style that is best for them is truly rewarding.
Jen White-Manning, Stylist
Jen knew she wanted to pursue a career in hair color and design for as long as she can remember. She often found herself in the bathroom cutting friend’s hair with kitchen scissors! After 7 years of experience, she still tests her abilities and talents to always bring fresh ideas to her clients. Jen considers all of her clients like family and enjoys the time she spends with each of them in her chair.
Shannon Barrett, Stylist
Shannon has been in the salon industry for 6 years but has always had a passion for hair design. Experimenting on friends and family early on, she knew that using her creativity to invent different looks with styling and color was in her future. One of her favorite aspects of her profession is that it doesn't get old or feel like work to her. Everyday is different and she enjoys meeting new people and making them leave the salon feeling truly confident.
Stacy Dibona, Stylist
With 20 years of experience to offer, Stacy is someone who gives 100% of herself everyday to her clients. She says that one of her favorite things about her profession is socializing with her clients while making them feel good about themselves with a fun and fabulous new “do”! The energy and enthusiasm she brings is what her clients truly admire with every salon visit.
Jennifer Mary Mills, Stylist
Ever since Jennifer was a little girl she knew she wanted to become a hairdresser. She stated, “I always had a lot of short haired Barbie’s…I knew I was going to either be a hairdresser, an actress or Donnie Osmond’s wife!” Her humor, love for life and personality is one of the many reasons her clients leave her with a big smile. Jennifer’s enjoyment of working with people and her creative talent show through in her work. Seeing her clients look and feel good about themselves truly makes her day!
Linda Donovan, Stylist
Linda knew when she was in high school that she wanted to be a hair designer. Always watching her family hairdresser cut her moms hair, she would go home and copy the cuts on her friends. She enjoyed making people feel good about themselves so much that, 25 years later, she still loves her career! Linda said, “There is a feeling of accomplishment that comes in knowing that your client completely trusts you and looks forward to their time in the salon.” When asked if there is anything else she would like to add to her bio she stated, “I am grateful to be working in the best salon in Braintree!!!”
Carrie Diauto, Colorist
Carrie has been specializing in color for 16 years and has been educated by some of the top professionals in the industry. Carrie has chosen only to focus on hair coloring and not cutting. Helping her clients achieve the perfect color to compliment their individual needs is something she truly takes the time to focus on. Her creativity and love for color design her clients truly can see with the passion she brings with each and every visit.
Judy Bailey, Esthetician

Offering 8 years as a practicing Esthetician and teaching for the past year as an Esthetics Instructor, Judy is someone who truly knows her material! She will educate you on your skin while you enjoy a specialized, relaxing facial experience that will surely leave you feeling refreshed and wanting more.
