Dalip Kapur and Parmjit Singh Chahal formed a solid partnership in June of 2005. Together, they purchased and recreated a restaurant at 485 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts, that is now Aroma.
With a lot of hard work, passion and perseverance, they have brilliantly created one of the best restaurants in the area for authentic Indian dishes. With their creative and expert cooking abilities, they have brought the wonders of Indian cuisine to the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts for a special opportunity for all to experience the splendid flavors of India.
