Basic Requirements for all direct care and After School Programs (unless stated otherwise):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid NJ Driver's License
18 years of age
Experience required: preferably working with similar population.



DIRECT CARE (Group Home Setting)
Various Full-Time and Part-Time and substitute positions during the week and weekends are available throughout Middlesex County in a group home setting. You will be involved in individual’s (with developmental disabilities) daily life skills and will truly be making a difference. You would be responsible for dispensing medication to them on time, and accompanying the residents to medical appointments, implementation and development of their IHP’s, assisting with self-care and helping them maintain their residences.

DIRECT CARE (Career Center)
Full-Time Direct care positions available in our career centers to provide direct support to people with developmental disabilities and participate in fostering maximum potential in the community. This Monday to Friday, 8-am to 4pm position allows you to work closely with the individuals as they are involved in vocational skill development, volunteer work throughout the community and interesting day trips. Various locations throughout Middlesex County.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Part-Time position- Great opportunity to work with persons with developmental disabilities and/or autism.  Enhance a child’s life by participating in the completion of homework and other fun activities through out the school year.  This is a Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm position located in Dayton, New Jersey. MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
Full-Time position as a Group Home Manager. Required Bachelor's Degree plus one year related experience (or specific technical skill and 5 years experience),  behavioral supervisory experience, good writing skills and a valid New Jersey Driver’s License, acceptable to our insurance company.  The responsibilities include training new employees, IHP implementation, maintenance of resident's records, ensuring medical appointments are held and followed through, adhering to Office of Licensing and Inspection mandates for group home programming.
