Quality Assurance Program Development and Management
The DQO process facilitates identification of both the type and quality of data required to support a particular set of decisions (with pre-defined confidence). Thus, an appropriately coordinated data quality management plan must be designed and conducted in parallel with any investigation to assure that the DQO’s defined during planning are ultimately satisfied. This is how one can be assured that the targeted limit on decision errors has been achieved.
Aeolus provides clients with the expertise needed to develop and manage efficient data quality assurance programs that are tailored to the needs of each project. For large projects, we document these programs in Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs). Even for small projects, however, a data quality program needs to be incorporated as part of a work plan or other planning documents. | |
