Michalek opened Advantage America Title & Closing, Inc. with the idea of offering title and closing services that could serve the entire State of Wisconsin.  Advantage America has grown over the past years with the opening of a Green Bay Office.  Advantage America is an authorized agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. and First American of Oregon Title conducting business throughout the State of Wisconsin.   We offer E&O insurance coverage provided by Evanston Insurance Company.  This coverage is in addition to the protection afforded by our title underwriter contracts.  This means that any title insurance product that we generate provides our insured with protection in any amount minimally equal to the face value of the commitment or policy.
