Adams Farm Swim & Tennis Club

Many of you know Jay Kirby, a 13-year-old Adams Farm Club Member and Resident, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Jay is the son of Jeff and Trisha Kirby. Jay is spending the next 6 months at Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem undergoing chemotherapy. The Jay Kirby Benefit Foundation is at Wachovia Bank. Deposits can be made at any Wachovia Bank location. All donations will go directly for Jay's medical expenses. Let's help Jay BEAT cancer!
