Personal contact information we collect and what we do with it.
When you are filling out our Contact form, we ask you for contact information, including your name, company name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. We will use this contact information to provide you with information or resources you have requested, such as information about Ace Wire, Cable or Data Products or Ace Wire & Cable Co. Services. we will use your information to contact you, if requested, and to clarify or verify other information.
We will not add your name and contact information to any mailing lists other than our own mailing list, without your prior knowledge or express permission. In other words, we will always ask or inform you before adding you to a mailing list. If we do not, you will not be added. If you would prefer not be added to one of our mailing lists, such as our e-mail newsletter list or regular mailing list, then we ask that you submit an e-mail to sales@acewireco.com requesting that your name be deleted from our database.
Personal contact information is not shared with any organization outside of our own company and our agents (reputable companies we use for services, such as shipping and printing). We have contracts to protect your privacy with all of our agents.
Other contact information we collect and what we do with it. In some instances, we may ask for contact information for people other than yourself – for example, e-mail addresses of business associates/vendors to whom you wish to send a copy of one of our pages or the mailing address of someone you wish to have us notify about our products or services. Such contact information is added to our internal mailing list but is not shared with any other organization.
