| Where Service Begins...
When you buy from Ace Wire, you can select services designed to enhance your project management experience. From a simplex purchasing process to an effective logistics program, we are here to assist you from project proposal to project completion.
Unlike many distributors who outsource essential functions, we offer a variety of value-added, in-house services at both of our locations. Our programs have been developed to meet or exceed your day-to-day contracting and installation needs.
Our value-added services program is divided into three strategic categories: Universal, Power and VDV Services.
Universal Services are services that apply to all orders place with Ace. These value-added services are beneficial to all of our customers and are designed to enhance your purchasing experience.
Power Services are services that apply exclusively to electrical wire and cable orders. These services are beneficial to our electrical contractor/ installer customers.
VDV Services are services that apply exclusively to voice, data and video orders. These services are beneficial to our voice, data and video contractors/ installers as well as our end user clientele.
Professional Customer Service and Technical Support Staff:
Ace has distribution agreements with over fifty voice, data, video, power and security/CCTV manufacturers. Our customer service representatives are individually trained to provide you with product knowledge, including:

Inventory Management/ Order Staging Services:
With over 100,000 square footage of warehouse space, we have sections of our warehouses devoted totally to project inventory management. We are well experienced with staging large orders including stocking products for enormous government and educational projects.
Ace will stock and manage your project inventory and continuously feed your material to specified jobsite(s) at your request with our own fleet of heavy-duty, tailgate trucks at no additional cost.
For projects outside of the New York metropolitan area, we will manage your inventory at one of our locations and arrange for pick-up and delivery via a national shipping company.

Ace Transportation Services: Our Own Fleet of Tailgate Trucks!:
We offer the best solutions to getting your order to you, when and where you need it! We own and operate our own fleet of heavy-duty, tailgate trucks known as "The Ace Fleet".
The Ace Fleet is dispersed daily throughout New York City, Long Island and Northern New Jersey, delivering thousands of products to requested jobsites. We can also deliver orders to Westchester County, N.Y. by request. All in all, the Ace Fleet program was designed to offer unbeatable logistics for local firms needing strong regional attention.
The Ace Fleet Program in a Nutshell:
Ace owned and operated heavy-duty tailgate trucks.
Daily, prompt and flexible service to requested jobsites.
Next-day delivery on stocked items.
Our drivers are IBEW Local Union 3 members.

Emergency Shipments:
Our Woodside, New York and Carteret, New Jersey locations operate between the hours of 6:00am and 5:30pm EST.
If you need to reach us during off hours, please call our night service center at 718-997-4368. Through this service you can reach an Ace Representative who will assist you with your requirements during off hours.

Delivery Tracking Services:
Our methods used to deliver your material are very efficient, however if you feel the need to keep track of your order, Ace can assist you with tracking down your material.

Financial Services:
Contractors and corporate customers interested in establishing a long-term business relationship with Ace can purchase material on credit by applying for a line of credit with Ace.
Credit lines range from $2500.00 to $1,000,000.00 for qualified applicants.

In-House Cutting, Striping and Paralleling Services
True Color Building Wire Services:
Ace stocks True Color building wire in large quantities. True Color building wire is an effective way to simplify complex wiring jobs.
Instead of traditional black cable with color stripes, True Color cables are full-colored cable. Sizes range from #12 to 600mcm.
We stock True Color THHN in:
Brown
Orange
Black
Green
Red
Blue
White
Gray
We also stock 14awg in colors.
Cutting and paralleling services are available.
